If you enjoy bike riding or walking, the Eastern Shore Trail is a 24-mile scenic trail. This scenic walking, biking, and jogging trail starts in Gator Alley, Daphne and extends to Weeks Bay on Scenic Hwy 98. The trails are paved and there are plenty of scenic sights and parks along the way.

Nature lovers will enjoy Weeks Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Weeks Bay Pitcher Plant Bog and Kurt G. Wintermeyer Nature Trail.

Weeks Bay Planation is the product of a local businessman and lifelong resident Tynes Stringfello. He dreamed of building a planation, an organic entertainment venue, open to everyone who comes to visit.

For those who enjoy the sport of golf there are local courses in Fairhope, Foley, and plenty to choose from in the Gulf Shores area.
